I'm Palak
Jain Bhumbla

I'm a Holistic Psychologist and founder of Threads of Being — a practice built on the belief that every person is a living tapestry of experiences, emotions, relationships and stories. My work is about helping you find the threads that need untangling, and gently weaving them into something more whole.

I hold an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology from St. Francis College for Women, Begumpet, Hyderabad. I am a certified Expressive Art and Movement-Based Therapist, credentialled by both UNESCO-CID and Fortis Hospital. With almost a decade of experience, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and relational challenges through a truly holistic lens.
